Vinod Khanna- The Man With Mesmerizing Smile; Is No More!

After fighting a long fight with bladder carcinoma, the veteran actor Mr. Vinod Khanna has taken a rest. At the age of 70, the famed legend passed away at 11:20 A.M on Thursday 27 April 2017. Bollywood is mourning in all ways possible for the legend and showing their support on twitter and other social media platforms.

He will always be remembered for his charisma, unparalleled screen presence, his smile, the look in his eyes and definitely his walk; just like a panther. His career blossomed from being a supporting actor to the lead actor with the immense success and stardom. His remarkable role as Shyamu in Purab Aur Paschim, as Amar in Amar Akbar Anthony, as Vinod in The burning train, and Mera Gaon Mera Desh will always be remembered. His grand presence was seen in recent years in Dabang and Dilwale.

Today, also happens to be his great friend Late. Feroze Khan’s death Anniversary who passed away in 2009. Their remarkable work in Qurbaani is very well recognized and it is on of the great movies in Bollywood. He will always be known as the ‘Real Hipster’ and ‘The true star’ for the 1970’s generation.

His works with Amitabh Bachchan will always be remembered especially in ‘Hera Pheri’. Vinod Khanna shuffled his career in Bollywood with Politics as well. To respect his demise Bollywood has cancelled several events which include the premiere of Baahubali 2- The Conclusion. His absence is already being felt and our Hon. President and Prime Minister have also shown their respects towards the loss of the legendary actor.

Vinod Khanna left this material world, leaving his wife Kavita Khanna, and two sons Akshaye and Rahul Khanna in deep sorrow. Our prayers with the family and may god god help them to recover from the loss. Our condolences are with them! R.I.P Vinod Khanna Sahab.
