IPL never misses surprising us, this year too has witnessed so many memorable moments and we got you the best of them.

Every year the best cricketers in the world tackle the best talent almost every day. Despite being in its 10th edition, it surprises us even now to see several players losing their cool under such immense pressure and get involved in heated arguments either with the players of opposition, umpires or sometimes with their own teammates.

However, there are other aspects to this league which is worth appreciating. There are numerous incidents on and off the field that leaves a lasting impression on the minds of cricket lovers. These games help the cricketers to make new friends and a connect with players who otherwise are rivals in international cricket.

1. David Warner – Keeping the spirit of the game alive.

Team Gujarat pacer Basil Thampi lost his footwear while trying to stop a ball during his follow through against Team Hyderabad. David Warner, while passing him for a run, stopped and picked up the shoe before handing it back to the youngster.

2. Suresh Raina – Sweet Gesture.

Rishabh Pant was heartbroken even after playing a match winning innings against Team Gujarat as he missed out on his century by just three runs. Gujarat Lions skipper Suresh Raina quickly walked up to the youngster and consoled him, which won him many fans. Harsha Bhogle tweeted, “Magnificient gesture from @ImRaina. May this never go out of our game. Try your best to win, then acknowledge an opponent’s gifts.

3. Rashid Khan – Afghan’s big dream becoming true.

For the first time, Afghan Players are playing in this IPL season and this 18-year-old leg spinner is a gem. He has made some of the world’s best batsmen fear to his turn and flight of the ball. A proud moment for Afghanistan.

4. Yuvraj Singh – Wise Words.

Robin Uthappa has been in great batting form for Team Kolkata Knight Riders, but he clearly crossed the line against Team Sun Risers Hyderabad pacer Siddharth Kaul as he pushed him while taking a run. Noticing this Yuvraj Singh approached Robin and was seen putting his arm around him and explaining that it was an unsportsmanlike behavior.

5. Hashim Amla – Walk Of Fair Play.

Team Punjab opener Hashim Amla won millions of hearts when he decided to walk after he got a faint edge while facing Team Banglore pacer Aniket Choudhary. There was no appeal, as neither the bowler nor the wicket keeper heard anything. Yet, Amla walked towards the pavilion. Saluting his honesty, Irfan Pathan tweeted, “How many batsmen would walk without bowler appealing but that’s how this guy plays his cricket #honestman.”

6. MS Dhoni – Love for kids.

MS Dhoni is hugely popular with kids and was seen playing with teammate Imran Tahir’s son at the airport. A video of them sitting and playing with a toy car quickly became viral.

7. Imran Tahir – Celebration Run.

Thanks to Team Pune for picking up Tahir in the last moment. We got to witness the trademark, Tahir’s never ending celebration run every time he dismissed an important wicket.

8. Virat Kohli – Adorable Selfie.

This season was quite horrific for Team Banglore skipper Virat Kohli, but he made sure that it doesn’t affect him in his personal life or people around him. Recently, Kohli posted an adorable selfie with Harbhajan Singh’s daughter Hinaya, which was widely adored by his fans.
